So we tried the leading brands of Hot Honey and realized they weren't Texas enough so we infused some Smoked Ghost, Scorpion, & Reaper Peppers into Honey from our local Galvestons Own Farmers Market.
Now you can glaze any meat or vegetables with this honey but I love making hot wing's with or making a little Hot Apple Chutney on the side of a grilled Pork Loin you'll bite off the end of you fork off trying to get that last bite.
